Drug Screening Services

 

We offer in-office drug testing for a variety of employer and regulatory needs, including:

  • Urine drug screening (DOT and non-DOT panels)
  • Pre-employment testing

All drug screens are urine-based collections and are performed according to federal and employer guidelines.

 

Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) Services

 

Breath alcohol testing is also available in-office.

Both Dr. Clayton Lewis and Dr. Miranda Fisk are BAT (Breath Alcohol Technician) certified, allowing Lewis Chiropractic to serve as a single testing facility for companies requiring drug and alcohol testing.

Before Your Appointment

 

Please be prepared with the following:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Any paperwork or authorization forms provided by your employer
  • Arrive hydrated and ready to provide a urine sample


If completing a Breath Alcohol Test (BAT):

  • Avoid eating or drinking for 15–30 minutes prior to testing
  • Do not use mouthwash, gum, breath spray, or tobacco products during that time

 

Being prepared helps prevent delays and ensures accurate testing results.
